Fixed a number of issues the game had, such as but not limited to:

• Added missing animations that didn't make it in.
• Fixed several more bugs found in the peach level.
• Fixed more bugs, especially in the Peach Level and otherwise.
  
• Fixed some of the sprites
• Fixed some of the passwords
• Fixed a number of the death warps.
• Added a shortcut button between the opening and the select screen.
